Sony Reveals PlayStation Plus Monthly Games Ahead of April Release
Sony has officially announced the PlayStation Plus free games lineup for April 2026, confirming recent leaks. Players will be able to download the new titles starting April 7, 2026, with a mix of action, RPG, and classic remastered content.
Lords of the Fallen leads April lineup
As previously leaked, Lords of the Fallen headlines this month’s offerings. The game delivers a dark fantasy experience with souls-like combat, featuring punishing enemies, slow progression, and demanding boss fights that reward skill and patience.
Sword Art Online brings large-scale multiplayer
Another leaked title, Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream, also joins the lineup. The game features 21 characters from across the franchise and offers both single-player content and large-scale online battles with up to 20 players.
It also introduces the “Galaxia” system, allowing players to revisit key moments and battles from the series in a new way.
Tomb Raider trilogy returns in remastered form
Fans of classic action-adventure games will get Tomb Raider I–III Remastered, which includes the original trilogy along with expansions and secret levels.
The collection lets players switch between classic and modern visuals and introduces a new Challenge Mode for added replay value.
Don’t forget to claim March games
Sony reminds subscribers that March 2026 PlayStation Plus titles must be claimed before April 7. Once the new lineup goes live, the previous games will no longer be available to add to your library.
Alongside the new additions, several games will be removed from the PlayStation Plus catalog in April. Sony has already shared a detailed list of titles leaving the service, so subscribers may want to check and play them before they’re gone.
Overall, April’s lineup offers a strong mix of challenging gameplay, anime-inspired multiplayer action, and nostalgic classics, making it a solid month for PlayStation Plus subscribers.
