XBOX Adds 58 More Handheld-Supported Games Ahead of Ally Launch

XBOX is continuing to expand support for handheld gaming devices, adding 58 more titles to its growing list of games designed to work on handheld PCs and the upcoming XBOX Ally lineup, as True Achievements writes.
The latest update brings 37 new Handheld Optimized games and 21 Handheld Compatible games to the XBOX Store. The additions arrive during a busy week for XBOX players, with 24 new game releases also scheduled to launch across the platform.
More Games Receive XBOX Handheld Support
Microsoft introduced the Handheld Optimized and Handheld Compatible labels to help players identify which games offer the best experience on portable devices.
Handheld Optimized titles are expected to run properly out of the box on XBOX Ally devices without requiring additional configuration. Handheld Compatible games should also work on handheld systems, although players may need to adjust settings or controls to achieve the best experience.
One of the most notable additions in the latest batch is The Blood of Dawnwalker. Although the game has not been released yet, it already carries the Handheld Optimized label, suggesting developers are preparing strong support for XBOX Ally devices ahead of launch.
