How do I fix the 0x00000003 stop error?

1. Restart in Safe Mode

1. Press Windows key + R to open Run.
2. Type msconfig.msc and click OK.
3. In the System Configuration window, open the Boot tab.
4. Check the Safe Mode box under Boot options.
5. Click Apply and OK to save the changes.
6. Click Yes when prompted to restart the system in safe mode.

Alternatively, you can also boot into Safe Mode from the Advanced Options.

1. Press Windows Key + I.
2. Go to Update & Security.
3. Open the Recovery tab.
4. Scroll down to Advanced Startup
5. Click the Restart now button.
6. Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Options.
7. Click the Restart button.
8. After the Restart, you will see the Startup Settings menu.
9. Press the F4 key to start Windows in Safe Mode.

Once booted into Safe Mode, check if the 0x00000003 stop error occurs again. If the error does not occur, you may have third-party software or hardware triggering the error.
