  5. Input these separate commands:
    Ren %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.bak
    Ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.bak
  6. Open the System 32 folder by entering:cd /d %windir%\system32
