A short gameplay clip from GTA 6 is making the rounds online, just as fans grow restless waiting for Trailer Three. After Rockstar Games dropped the second trailer for GTA 6, the studio has since largely remained silent about the third one. This also means everything related to GTA 6 pops up online immediately and becomes a headline. Well, that’s exactly what happened with the new short gameplay clip.

New, alleged GTA 6 gameplay footage adds to growing hype

The video, originally shared on Instagram, has been posted on Reddit, and it shows a coastal scene featuring a smaller bridge in the foreground and a massive structure stretching across the ocean in the distance. Many believe it mirrors Florida’s Seven Mile Bridge, fitting the game’s Vice City setting.

Despite lasting only seconds, fans quickly analyzed technical details. Some pointed to higher-flying aircraft, suggesting a larger skybox than previous entries. Others noted volumetric cloud rendering and vehicles visible far into the distance across the bridge. Water interaction with bridge pillars also caught attention, hinting at upgraded physics simulation.

However, not everyone is convinced by these details. Many still believe that the circulating gameplay clip resembles assets from the 2022 leak and could be fabricated. Not to forget, yesterday only, GTA 6 title IDs surfaced in the PlayStation database, further fueling speculation around pre-orders.

With Rockstar aiming for a November release, expectations for a third trailer are rising. The studio previously also confirmed that marketing campaigns would kick off starting this summer. If the release window holds, which seems likely, the third trailer could be on the way.
