How can I get my Apex Coins back?
1. Wait a bit longer
In-game currencies may take some time to be fully processed. Sometimes it may be the servers at fault, other times your internet connection.
Just to make sure, wait some time before taking any further action.
2. Restart your game
- Press the Xbox button and open the guide.
- On the left side, highlight the game you want to close and press the Menu button on your controller.
- Select Quit.
After that, open Apex Legends again and see if your coins are in the wallet.
3. Restart your console
- Press the Xbox button and open the guide. Go to System > Settings.
- Select Restart console.
- Select Restart.
If none of the solutions work, then your best bet is to wait it out. The Apex team is aware of the bug and they’ll certainly solve the issue as soon as possible.
