Didn't get coins after in-game purchase in Apex Legeds

After the worldwide success of PUBG and Fortnite, Apex Legends came as a contender for these two and made a name for itself in the gaming community.

Despite that, some bugs are still creating big waves and are annoying to a lot of gamers.

That’s the case with the coins bug. Players are complaining that after a purchase of  Apex Coins, the in-game currency doesn’t show up in their wallet. Here’s what some users are saying:

I bought apex legend coins after game installed and it charged my bank but apex legend coins not showing. Bought the 10$ for 1000 apex coin thing, havent recieved them in and its been a few hours.

The problem is pretty common, and more users are complaining about it every single day. If you’re on the same boat, there’s a few things that you could try to get your coins back.

How can I get my Apex Coins back?

1. Wait a bit longer

In-game currencies may take some time to be fully processed. Sometimes it may be the servers at fault, other times your internet connection.

Just to make sure, wait some time before taking any further action.

The internet connection destroys your gaming sessions? Fix it now with these easy steps.

2. Restart your game

  1. Press the Xbox button and open the guide.
  2.  On the left side, highlight the game you want to close and press the Menu button on your controller.
  3. Select Quit.

After that, open Apex Legends again and see if your coins are in the wallet.

3. Restart your console

  1. Press the Xbox button and open the guide. Go to System > Settings. All Settings xbox
  2. Select Restart console.
  3. Select Restart.

If none of the solutions work, then your best bet is to wait it out. The Apex team is aware of the bug and they’ll certainly solve the issue as soon as possible.

Although the solutions above use Xbox console as an example, they work similarly on other platforms, including Windows 10. With that in mind, you can check out our detailed guide on how to fix common Apex Legends bugs on PC.
