ARC Raiders Shared Watch Event Teases Gameplay Similar to PvE Mode

ARC Raiders developer Embark Studios is encouraging players to team up with complete strangers in a new limited-time in-game event, according to Insider Gamer. The event, titled Shared Watch, launches on February 10 and will remain active for two weeks, concluding on February 24.

Embark revealed Shared Watch through a short social media trailer posted on X, offering only a small glimpse of what players should expect. While the trailer avoids showing specific mechanics, its messaging focuses heavily on cooperation, shared objectives, and coordinated action against hostile machines.

Shared Watch points toward an ARC Raiders PvE mode experience

The language used by Embark strongly suggests a cooperative structure similar to an ARC Raiders PvE mode, where players work together instead of competing directly. The studio hints that participants will fight machines alongside unfamiliar teammates, reinforcing the idea of a shared survival challenge.

Although many players have asked whether PvP elements will appear during the event, Embark has not provided clarification. Until official details surface, the emphasis on teamwork and shared threats makes PvE-focused gameplay the most likely direction.

Expedition 2 sign-ups open after the event ends

Once Shared Watch concludes on February 24, players will be able to sign up for Expedition 2 starting February 25. The second Expedition officially begins on March 1, and Embark has confirmed that it will offer permanent rewards, making participation especially important for dedicated players.

Outside of Shared Watch, ARC Raiders has remained active in recent weeks. Players recently discovered that some blueprints were being sold outside the game for real money, drawing community attention. Embark has also addressed a no maps condition issue, releasing a fix to improve stability ahead of the upcoming events.
