CBS ALl access does not work on my older Fire TV box, i Only Get a BLACK scrEen after i clIck on an episode or show to view, it BRIEFLY begins To display The Loading icon as if It’s AboUt to begin Then goes completely black. It must only work prop with newer 4k enabled Amazon Devices.

My firetv works on everything except cbs all access, it was working but now I get the “an error has occured, please try again at a leter time” no error numbers or nothing. Several other tvs on the same Wifi system will get the cbs all access. just one tv will not get it now and that was the most watched tv. I have followed all the other ideas about resets, uninstall and reinstall, what now? can anyone have any ideas?

I’ve had problems for over 6 months with my Firestick and it progressively got worse. I tried everything listed and more. Even bought wifi boosters and an ethernet extender to no avail. I had only one TV it worked on to my surprise. It had a very old Firestick. Was getting ready to upgrade it when I thought of something. I downloaded Google on one TV and used Silk on the other. I connected to CBS all access thru the browser and no more problems! I called Amazon and worked with them for sometime. It has been reported to their developers and to cbs all access. It appears that maybe something was CHANGED in the Firestick software. At least I can now watch CBSALLACCESS with any ERRORS. You might give that a try.

CBS All Access stopped working on my three Amazon Prime Fire sticks. Have tried just about everything suggested here and by CBS All Access support technicians. I am ready to cancel my commercial free subscription.
