classic outlook meeting scheduling

Microsoft has introduced a new feature in Classic Outlook for Windows, designed to streamline the meeting scheduling process.

This update introduces more innovative functionality. The application can now suggest optimized meeting options based on the details you provide.

According to the Microsoft 365 Roadmap description, when setting up a meeting within the scheduling form, Outlook will analyze key factors such as attendee availability and meeting preferences to propose the most suitable options.

This enhancement saves time and eliminates the hassle of manually coordinating schedules, enabling users to organize meetings more efficiently.

Here’s what the entry says:

Classic Outlook for Windows will suggest meeting options based on your meeting details, helping you easily schedule meetings with optimized settings from within the scheduling form.

The enhancement will be added to classic Outlook next month.

Speaking of classic Outlook, the platform was recently updated to support AI agents.
