Microsoft has rolled out an update for Paint (version 11.2502.121.0) to Windows Insiders in the Canary and Dev Channels on Windows 11.

The update improves the Cocreator side panel with a simplified and more intuitive layout. Users can describe what they want to create, start drawing on the canvas, and use AI tools like the Creativity slider and Select style dropdown.

New features include a “Try again” button to regenerate images and an “Apply” button to add generated content to the Paint canvas.

Earlier this year, Microsoft enhanced Paint with a new menu that centralized all the platform’s AI features in one place, including Cocreator.
