Microsoft released Copilot Pro, just last week, and for a $20/monthly subscription, users can get priority access to Open AI’s GPT-Turbo 4, Copilot GPT builder, access to Copilot inside Microsoft 365 apps, and many more.
The Redmond-based tech giant is encouraging people to subscribe to the new version of this AI tool, due to its advanced AI capabilities, but Copilot Pro is already plagued by issues, as the tool freezes apparently, and some users don’t find it interesting or exciting enough to pay for it.
However, Microsoft will be releasing Copilot Pro to Android, and most likely iOS devices, in the following weeks, so users might want to reconsider the idea.
Spotted by tech enthusiast, @Leopeva64, there is a new flag in Edge Canary for Android that lets users enable Copilot Pro on their Android devices. Once the flag is enabled, Microsoft will introduce a new button, Get Copilot Pro, which would allow users to get the advanced AI tool on their mobile devices.
Theoretically, Copilot Pro for mobile devices should have the same capabilities as the one currently on the desktop version. Back in December, we spotted that Microsoft released the Copilot app on Android and iOS, so it’s just a matter of time until Copilot Pro will make its way to Android and iOS devices.
Are you excited for it? Or is it $20/month too much for such a tool?
