Yes, you read that right. Microsoft now allows users to access all Microsoft products and services, including Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Teams, and even Windows through the Outlook for Android app.

In the official blog post, Microsoft admitted that sometimes it is a hassle to manage dozens of passwords, so the Redmond-based tech giant updated the Outlook app to support easy sign-in to all Microsoft accounts, from one point.

We know how much of a hassle it is to use and manage passwords for your personal accounts. In addition, passwords and even easy to use sign-in methods like SMS messaging leave accounts vulnerable to attack. That’s why we are excited to announce that now you can use the Outlook app to sign in to your Microsoft services, such as Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Teams, and Windows, in a secure and convenient way.

Users won’t need to remember or type any passwords or use a one-time SMS code. Instead, opening up the Outlook app and providing a biometric or PIN will be enough to approve the sign-in to all of the aforementioned Microsoft services and products. outlook sign in microsoft

Outlook for Android must be updated to the latest version, and the capability will be automatically enabled.

Meanwhile, despite this new and easy way to access all the Microsoft services, people still lash out at the New Outlook, asking the Redmond-based tech giant to bring the old version back. As you might know, Microsoft is planning to retire the classic Outlook entirely by 2025, and users are not happy.

Many of them don’t like the new capabilities and feel that the new version of Outlook is not running fast at all, and it’s always laggy. While this might be true, depending on the system, the new Outlook has indeed some exciting features, such as Copilot.

The new integration with the rest of the Microsoft 365 Suite is always welcomed, but users don’t seem to be excited about it.
