1. Lower the security level in Internet Explorer

  1. Press the Win key to open the Start menu.
  2. Open Control Panel.
  3. Click on Internet Options.
  4. Switch to the Security tab.
  5. Under the Security level for this zone section, lower the Allowed levels for this zone value to Medium.
  6. Hit the OK button to save changes and restart your computer.

3. Ensure necessary services are running

  1. Press the Win + R keys to open the Run dialogue.
  2. Type services.msc and press OK.
  3. Locate Background Intelligent Transfer Service and open it.
  4. Change the Startup type to Automatic.
  5. Ensure the Service status is Running.
