Limited-Edition Forza Horizon 6 Xbox Controller & Headset to Reportedly Launch With the Game
Racing game so hyped that it needs limited-edition accessories at launch
Xbox is reportedly planning a limited-edition controller and headset to coincide with the launch of Forza Horizon 6. The news comes via Dealabs insider billbil-kun, who has a solid track-record of leaking Xbox hardware and game announcements (via Insider Gaming).
Forza Horizon 6 limited-edition controller releases with the game on May 19
Both the wireless controller and headset are said to drop on May 19, the same day Forza Horizon 6 launches on Xbox Series X/S and PC.
Per the tipster, the controller could cost €89.99 / £84.99 / $89.99. The headset will reportedly retail for €134.99 / £124.99 / $134.99, marking only the second limited edition Xbox Series X/S headset ever, after the Starfield edition.
As of now, the design of the controller and headset hasn’t been revealed, and Microsoft hasn’t confirmed a reveal date. To catch you up, Forza Horizon 5 got a translucent yellow controller with pink and blue splashes, celebrating the Horizon Festival in the game. We expect something equally bold this time.
Speaking of Forza Horizon 6 itself, early access builds have already been shared with select content creators, and first impressions are starting to appear across social media. The preview embargo will lift today (April 8) at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET / 2 PM BST, when full previews and detailed gameplay breakdowns are expected to go live.
In a related news, Forza Horizon account on X also showed off huge Japan map in summer season reveal. By the way, if you haven’t checked the game’s PC Requirements and save sharing details, we recommend checking this article.
