If you are a soccer fan, and you want to know all the scores and all the games that will be played, then you might be interested in a app that provides you this information. A great example of such an app is FotMob for Windows 10, Windows 8.
Many of you might be already familiar with this name, as the Android and iOS versions of FotMob have been very successful and received great feedback from the users. Now, the developers have created a Windows 8, Windows 10 version of the app, and we’ll be taking a look at it today.
FotMob for Windows 10, Windows 8
This free app can be downloaded from the Windows Store, and if you haven’t used it before, you’ll be in for a treat. As we’ve said before, the app is targeted towards soccer fans that want to be informed of all the scores and the games that are played.
From the start, you can see that the app has a simple user interface, that shows all the information you need in a clean manner that is simple to read. In the main menu, you will be able to find four categories of games, each showing games from a different period:
By clicking on the each category’s header you will see a more detailed look of it, with all the games and the scores very well placed. From this same menu, you can jump to any other category. Also, for each category, you can see how many games it contains.
If you want more information on a particular game, all you have to do is click on it and it will open an additional menu where you can see Match Facts, Lineup, Stats and Table. In the Table column, you can see the country’s leaderboard, but this only works if both the playing teams are from the same country.
One of the best features that FotMob provides for its Windows 8, Windows 10 users is the Ongoing panel, where you can see in real time each game. The scores are live and are updated on the spot. Also, if you click on a particular match, you can hear commentaries in different languages. This feature is not found on all of the games, so you will have to look for the headphones icon next to the playing teams.
The audio quality of the stream is top notch, and thanks to the fact that it is provided in different languages, it is of use for a much larger audience.
Overall, the app has a quality build, it displays live and detailed information and soccer fans will definitely want to try it out. In the time I tested the app, there were absolutely no glitches, and everything worked perfectly. So, if you were wondering how good is FotMob for Windows 10 Windows 8, maybe this will give you a hint: I’d give it a 6 Star rating if I could!
