Microsoft released Edge 132 to the Stable Channel, and the version, available on Windows, Mac, and Linux, brings many changes, enhancements, improvements, and even deprecations to the browser.
The deprecations include the retirement of the PromotionalTabsEnabled policy and one of the more critical pages in Microsoft Edge, the Support Page, which enabled several settings and policies.
In the official changelog, which can be read in its entirety here, the Redmond-based tech giant says the policies and settings of the former Microsoft Edge Support Edge can be found on other pages: edge://version, edge://metrics-internals, edge://extensions, and edge://policy.
The company hasn’t given any definitive reasons other than that this deprecation will improve the end-user experience. But will it, though? If users must go on four separate sections to enable policies and settings previously available only in one place, how will this improve the user experience?
However, other than this, there are many features to look forward to in Edge 123. Microsoft is adding a new Shopping Product Tracking feature that can be used to track prices quickly, and users will even be notified when there’s a price drop on that product.
The version also introduces many new policies for various topics, including PWAs, passkey,s and XFA-based PDFs.

In other news, a recent build to the Edge Insider program fixed Copilot on Android, and now the AI model should be functioning again on Android devices.
