Microsoft Lists

Have you ever struggled with a digital list, trying to sort it just right, but the task felt more like a hassle than a quick job? Microsoft has heard our plea and launched an excellent update to the Microsoft Lists app to simplify our lives.

Now, you can drag and drop items to arrange them. No more clicking around; just an easy, smooth drag will get everything where you want it.

This update is a game changer for anyone who uses Microsoft Lists to stay organized. Whether you’re handling tasks overseeing a project or just trying to keep your grocery list organized, this drag-and-drop feature simplifies the process. And the best thing? Microsoft has created this update with every user in mind, ensuring it’s easy to access and use.

If you use the keyboard more than the mouse, this capability will allow you to move items up or down without dragging or dropping them.

Microsoft will allow users to take a sneak peek at more features coming to the Lists app, such as alerts for new form responses and options to schedule when to collect responses in September.

According to the Microsoft 365 Roadmap, another critical update for Microsoft Lists will be released in November: the capability to add attachments to forms.

You can read more about the new capability here.
