Microsoft Rewards Support is now on X (formerly known as Twitter), making it easier to contact them if you have a problem with your Microsoft Rewards points.
The Program is one of the most popular because of its Rewards points, which allow users to gather them and spend them on Game Passes, Xbox consoles, or video games. A while ago, the Redmond-based tech giant introduced the Microsoft Rewards for Xbox specifically, and you can earn points by playing games and completing daily, weekly, and monthly quests.
However, like any other platform, Microsoft Rewards has its own fair share of issues that sometimes cause confusion among those who want to ensure they have completed their quests.
For example, the monthly Xbox Microsoft Rewards quests for October appeared completed for many users, but before the monthly reset, it confused many users. Ultimately, a bug caused by Microsoft got resolved, but the confirmation happened on Reddit.
With this new X profile, though, updates like these can be streamlined, avoiding further confusion.
Microsoft says users should expect updates, support, and tips on earning points and redeeming prizes.
Welcome to the official Microsoft Rewards Support account! 🎉 We’re here to help you make the most of your Rewards experience – whether it’s earning points, redeeming prizes, or answering questions. Follow along for tips, support, and more!
In other news, Microsoft Rewards will flag suspecting search activity, limiting your chances of completing your quests. The Redmond-based tech giant employs an automatic tool that detects when users are searching or completing tasks too quickly within a short period.
