Xbox Edge

Even though Edge has become one of the fastest and most capable browsers on the market right now (and our editors agree), it seems Microsoft still hasn’t taken time to make it work properly on the Xbox app.

We have known for a while that Edge is not working as it should on Xbox. While there are solutions to fix it on certain Xbox consoles, on newer consoles, such as Xbox Series S and X, Edge seems to appear as a blurry browser with low resolution, causing frustration to many users.

On Reddit, for example, after one user reported the issue, several others said they were affected by the same problem, and no matter the workarounds: restarting the app, then the console, and so on, nothing would work.

Every single other game I’ve played works very well, and Netflix, Disney+, etc works with no problem. However, the Microsoft Edge app is super blurry and just impossible to use. I’ve configured the display settings correctly already, and I’ve also restarted my Xbox who knows how many times. Please help

Some users insist that Microsoft must solve this issue because anything else just doesn’t work. Others agree that users should try installing a different browser.

Either way, the issue seems to have spread and is affecting many people at this point. Maybe Microsoft should do something about it.
