Whiteboard Text Sizing

According to a recent entry in the 365 Roadmap, Microsoft will add the text-sizing capability to the whiteboard platform.

The Text Sizing feature helps make text easier to read and understand by letting users make the text size bigger or smaller based on their needs. But there are several more options:

  • Pick from ready-made font sizes for quick adjustments.
  • Set your custom size for the text to make it as straightforward as you want.

Whiteboard’s Text Sizing is designed to improve the appearance of text, making it easier to read and better organized so it’s simple to follow.

    Here’s what the entry says:

The Text Sizing feature offers users the ability to: 1. Adjust Font Sizes: Increase or decrease font sizes as needed. 2. Preset Font Sizes: Choose from preset font sizes for convenience. 3. Custom Text Size: Input custom text sizes for enhanced clarity. This feature enhances readability, improves clarity, and establishes a structured visual hierarchy, ensuring well-organized and easily comprehensible content on the board.

The enhancement will be added to the platform next month.
