Microsoft is set to release a new app, the Copilot Prompt Gallery, to offer users who struggle with communicating with AI a plethora of prompts to choose from.
Announced in a recent entry to Microsoft 365 Roadmap, the new Copilot Prompt Gallery app will work similarly to a media gallery: users can find, save, and share prompts and use them to start conversations with Copilot apps and agents.
Microsoft says users can search for Copilot prompts by role, function, and industry. This means that you’ll be able to find ways to start a helpful conversation with a Copilot agent specialized in a particular field, like fitness, for example.
The Redmond-based tech giant says the app will be available on Teams, Outlook, and microsoft365.com.
Here’s what the entry says:
The new Copilot Prompt Gallery app provides a central place to find, save, and share prompts available from Microsoft 365 Copilot apps and agents. You can also explore and use a curated selection of suggested prompts organized by role, function, or industry. This app will be available on Teams, Outlook and www.microsoft365.com.
Starting in February, the new app will be released on desktop, web, and Mac devices so anyone can access it.
The news comes just days after Microsoft announced that the 365 Suite will get a Copilot Analytics page. The new tool will measure the usage of Copilot in organizations.
