Build 2024 event will take place soon, and ARM will be in the spotlight

Microsoft Build 2024 event will take place on May 21 and will last until May 23, as Windows Latest writes.

The event details are finally available, and the one that gained the most interest is titled Next Generation of Windows on ARM.

During this presentation, attendees will be able to learn more about ARM-powered Windows and intelligent Windows apps that utilize the power of the NPU.

Hopefully, we’ll get to see some of the native AI features of Windows 11 in action. Despite the ARM session, Microsoft also plans sessions on AI and its advantages, as well as several sessions on Copilot.

It’s no wonder that ARM will be the focus for Microsoft, especially after impressive Snapdragon X Elite benchmark results. Speaking of which, Dell XPS 13 Plus will feature Snapdragon X, and we’re positive that more manufacturers will follow suit.

Even though Snapdragon is dominating the ARM market, MediaTek and NVIDIA are working on a new chip that might challenge it.
