NVIDIA GeForce NOW Gets Xbox Game Pass and Ubisoft+ Library Labels

NVIDIA is also adding new games and a Thor Midgard Umber skin in Marvel Rivals


NVIDIA has just improved how players navigate its cloud library with this week’s GeForce NOW update. According to the company, GeForce NOW incudes clearer in-app labeling, which reduces the confusion around what you actually own, stream, or access through subscriptions.

New labels make cloud libraries easier to navigate

To catch you up, the feature was first showcased at this year’s GDC. As part of the roll out, new in-app labels will be displayed across GeForce NOW to highlight games linked to services like Xbox Game Pass and Ubisoft+. The idea is to make it easier to instantly identify what’s playable without digging through menus.

With cloud libraries growing more than, the new feature will be appreciated by gamers. As you may know, players often juggle multiple subscriptions, and it’s not always obvious which titles are included where. With these new labels, supported games now clearly show their source directly on the game tile or details page. Here’s a snapshot of what the labels would look like:

Besides rolling out the new in-app labels, the company has also shared details about the games joining the GeForce Now library this week.

Last but not least, NVIDIA is also adding a Thor Midgard Umber skin in Marvel Rivals. Premium users get it today, while free users can claim it from April 24. The new skin will be available until May 23 via the GeForce NOW portal.
