1. Download OneDrive for Business Next Generation Sync Client

2. Modify Windows 10 credentials settings

  1. Make sure to exit all Office applications running on your PC.

3. Remove the OneDrive for Business cache files

Note: Before removing any cached files, please make sure to back up your data and also store any currently synced sites.

  1. Open Windows Explorer.
  2. Navigate to the following location:
    • C:Users/yourusername/AppData/Local/MicrosoftOffice15.0
