You’ll no longer have to worry about forgetting to schedule meetings on Outlook, as the platform will soon be enhanced to allow you to tell Copilot to do it for you.

In a recent entry to the Microsoft 365 Roadmap, the Redmond-based tech giant says the new enhancement for Outlook for Windows will be available next month. It will analyze your organization’s infrastructure to determine the best time to schedule meetings.

Here’s what the entry says:

Copilot now helps you schedule simple meetings such as 1:1s and focus time. Just ask Copilot to find some time with someone in your org and it will find the optimal time. #newoutlookforwindows

In other news, speaking of organizing, Outlook will soon let you move your emails between multiple accounts. It will allow users to easily manage their emails and meetings.
