Microsoft is working hard on its services, and after adding support for customized nicknames on Microsoft Teams, the company plans to add more new features.
It seems that Microsoft is planning to introduce screen recording to Microsoft Teams for Android. Here’s what we know about this upcoming feature.
Screen recording is coming to Microsoft Teams for Android in March
According to the Microsoft 365 roadmap, it seems that Microsoft is working on a screen recording feature for the Android version of Teams.
Screen recording is available on the desktop versions, so it’s only natural to have it on Android as well. Your phone probably has a built-in screen recording feature, but if it doesn’t, you can always use third-party apps to do so.
With this update, that won’t be necessary anymore! Simply tap the Camera icon next to the compose box and select the screen recording option to start recording. It’s as simple as that!
After you’re done recording, you can share the recording with others in chat or any other channel just as easily.
Keep in mind that this feature is still in development, but according to Microsoft, the rollout should start in March.
This isn’t the only feature Microsoft is working on, and we already wrote about the ability to create personalized emojis in Microsoft Teams in our previous article.
