Starfield is definitely one of the most important gaming titles in recent history and the hype for this video game is fascinating to witness, as it will be coming to Xbox Game Pass.
To add to the hype, the Redmond-based tech giant is releasing Starfield on Xbox Game Pass on day one, as well. This means you’ll be able to play it on your Xbox and PC if you already have a Game Pass.
Microsoft is also making sure you have options to purchase Starfield. For example, one single purchase of the game will make it possible for you to play it on both your Xbox and PC. And, you can get the game for free, virtually, if you have enough points in your Microsoft Reward account.
And a lot of people, and gamers, are impressed by this effort from Microsoft. The company is not only making it possible for people to enjoy the game, but some of them have really bought an Xbox just to experience the game.

And yes, we know how this sounds, but for many, Starfield is the game that will get them to experience space exploration for the first time in their life. Even if it’s only virtual.
I’ve never been so excited about a game coming out before. Part of me thinks this may be the last Bethesda game I play. I’m in my 40’s and I am the opposite of healthy. Ever since I was little and got my first book on space, I’ve wanted to go so bad. I don’t mean on missions like we do today. I mean like live, experience a world like the Expanse, or Star Trek/Wars. I want travel to new places, see different worlds. This game will be the closest I get to experience it.

Some people compared Starfield’s hype with that of Cyberpunk, a heavily hyped title that greatly disappointed a lot of gamers when it was released. It even caused many to ask for a refund. 
Cyberpunk 2077 also showed us a lot of stuff which gave us the impression that they are done and confident with the game. But it turns out some of the gameplay demos wasn’t even real gameplay and they only cooked it up for the events.
But Starfield seems to be in good hands. Both Microsoft and Bethesda are doing their best to make sure Starfield will not fall under the same category. The Redmond-based tech giant is planning on an interactive event on September 6, adding to the excitement around this title.
Bethesda, on the other hand, said the game has gone gold, meaning that Starfield is now ready to be released. And if you have a Game Pass, you can pre-install Starfield on your Xbox now.
