Surface Pro 11 charger

Microsoft has made some changes to its policies. Due to new EU requests, the Redmond-based tech giant will no longer ship Surface Pro 11 devices with a power supply.

However, this will only impact some European markets; other markets, such as the US, should be safe.

So what should the customers do? As Windows Central noted, Microsoft gives them the option to purchase the power supply separately, and depending on the region, it can be quite expensive. For example, in the UK, the power supply £40.00, but it was initially sold for £79.00.

Customers can also choose not to purchase one; in that case, they’ll need a USB-C charger.

What do you think about this?
