Copilot Analytics

Last year, Microsoft unveiled the Copilot Dashboard, a new platform within the Microsoft Admin Center that provides valuable insight into how AI is used across organizations.

This year, the Redmond-based tech giant seems to be enhancing the Microsft 365 Suite with a similar platform: the brand-new Copilot Analytics. This platform will provide valuable information on AI adoption, business impact, and the usage of every Copilot agent in organizations.

The new tool was announced in a recent entry to the Microsoft 365 Roadmap. The Redmond-based tech giant states it can create detailed Copilot reports and offer greater control over AI management.

Here’s what the entry says:

Copilot Analytics is designed to empower every IT and business leader to measure adoption and business impact of Copilot and agents with out-of-the-box experiences in Copilot Dashboard and customizable reporting for deeper analysis against your KPIs. With Viva Insights included, IT admins and analysts can now tailor advanced prebuilt Copilot reports with their business data or create custom reports with organizational attributes, longer usage data sets, and more granular controls.

The new Copilot Analytics platform will be available in the Microsoft 365 Suite (Desktop and Web). But it will also be available in Microsoft Viva, giving managers and IT admins more than enough ways to access it.

It’s scheduled to roll out for release starting this March.
