The Xbox app for PC recently received a new layout and introduced a new section called Recently Played Games in System Tray. It allows Xbox gamers to easily access their favorite games (assuming they’re also the most recently played ones) right after opening up the app.
The new section was introduced with the release of the 2501.1001.3.0 build to the Xbox app for PC, which is now available to download for all those using the app. It should make it easier to access the games you’re usually playing without having to access additional menus and screens.
The latest update also brings the ability to share details of your last gaming sessions online, thanks to a new button, Last Session, which can be found in the Information panel in the app. Selecting the button will automatically copy the details to your clipboard and you’ll just have to share it to your socials.
Other improvements include updates to style and sizing options for social widgets and enhancements for console games, dozens of bug fixes for release countdowns, issues with the Wish List, and so on.
