Hard Drive Space

  • 2020: 1 GB for TurboTax (plus up to 4.5 GB for Microsoft .NET 4.5.2 if not already installed)
  • 2019: 2 GB, plus up to 4.5 GB for Microsoft.NET 4.5.2 client if not already installed
  • 2016, 2017, and 2018650 MB, plus up to 4.5 GB for Microsoft.NET 4.5.2 client if not already installed

RAM

  • 2020: 2 GB or more recommended

2. Run it with administrator rights

  1. Go to your Desktop and locate the TurboTax app.
