  1. Download and install KODI for Windows. You can find the download link on this page.
  2. Connect the cable cord to your PC by plugging it in the TV tuner card.
  3. Open KODI.
  4. Under the Sidebar, click on Add-ons.
  5. Select My Add-ons.
  6. Open PVR clients.
  7. Find the appropriate Add-on that matches your hardware.
  8. Download and install it.
  9. Now, get back to Home screen and click TV.
