Microsoft is rolling out its monthly Patch Tuesday updates again, this time targeting Windows 10 and Server versions still in support. For users on 20H2, 21H2, and 22H2, the update arrives via KB5060533, bumping your system to builds 19044.5965 and 19045.5965, depending on the version.
Security-focused, with no public bugfix list
This round is mostly about behind-the-scenes security enhancements. Microsoft kept the changelog brief, simply noting, “This update contains miscellaneous security improvements to internal Windows OS functionality.”
There aren’t any feature changes or bug-specific fixes listed, but as always with B releases, stability and patching remain the core goal.

The font issue refuses to go away
Microsoft confirmed that the Noto fonts issue affecting Chinese, Japanese, and Korean (CJK) text remains a known problem here, too. In browsers like Edge and Chrome, CJK text may appear blurry at 100% scaling (96 DPI). The only workaround remains the same—increase display scaling to 125% or higher to improve clarity.
Even some legacy Windows 10 editions received updates:
Version 1809: KB5060531, build 17763.7434
Version 1607: KB5061010, build 14393.8148
Version 1507: KB5058387, build 10240.21034
