6. Create System Restore Point

  1. Search for Create a Restore Point and open the result.search for restore point
  2. Select the System Protection tab, click on System Restore, then press Next.restore point
  3. Select Show more restore points, pick the one you want, and click Next, then Finish.

7. Update Windows

  1. Press Win + S to open Settings.
  2. Select the Windows Update tab.windows update
  3. Click the Check for updates button, let it install, then press Restart now.update

How do I turn off Windows Firewall if it’s greyed out?

  1. Search for regedit and open the Registry Editor app.regedit
  2. Click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, then select Software.hkey local machine
  3. CLick on Policies, then Microsoft, and then WindowsFirewall.policies
  4. Right-click on WindowsFirewall and delete the branch.
