  1. Navigate to the location of the WindowsServerAppFabricSetup.exe file on your server‘s drive C:/.
  2. Press Windows + X, and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

  4. If you get a command-line syntax error, then run this command instead:.WindowsServerAppFabricSetup.exe/i CacheClient'',''CachingService'',''CacheAdmin /gac
  5. Wait for the AppFabric installation to complete.

  1. Install the Cumulative Update Package 1 for Microsoft AppFabric 1.1.
