Xbox Game Pass April Wave 2 Brings Five Day One Titles Including Kiln, Aphelion, and More

Microsoft has just confirmed that ten new games are making way to Xbox Game Pass from April 21 through May 5. The good news is that bunch of these games are day-one release on Xbox Game Pass.

Kiln, Final Fantasy 5, Aphelion, and more included in Xbox Game Pass Wave 2 lineup

Kiln, which was announced at Xbox’s January Developer Direct by Double Fine Productions, is “a pottery power‑fantasy celebrating both creativity and destruction, the pleasure of making beautiful things, then smashing them to smithereens.” It is releasing day one on Xbox Game Pass on April 23.

But, before that, Vampire Crawlers: The Turbo Wildcard will land on Xbox Game Pass as yet another day one release. It’s coming on April 21st across Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, Handheld, and PC. The Xbox Wire post describes that the game “turns the thrill of Survivors into a hyper turn‑based, rogue-lite card‑driven blobber.”

Next in the line for day on Game Pass release is Aphelion, and it’s coming on April 28th. Here’s what the except of the game reads, “After crash-landing on a frozen planet, astronaut Ariane must traverse harsh terrain and shifting realities to save her injured partner, Thomas. Players control both characters in a story rooted in real-world science, created in partnership with the European Space Agency.”

Moving on, two other games, Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era and Sledding Game will be releasing day one on Xbox Game Pass April 30th. Do note that both of these games will release in preview. Besises these, Little Rocket Lab and Sopa: Tale of the Stolen Potato will join Xbox Game Pass on April 21st. Meanwhile, Trepang2, TerraTech Legion, and Final Fantasy V will be joining Xbox Game Pass on April 29, April 30, and May 5, respectively.
