Gamescom is a major video game event, not too dissimilar from E3. Gamers get to attend and try out new titles or video game content while gaming companies often make major announcements for their properties. Like E3, most major presentations are streamed online via services such as Twitch and Microsoft’s Mixer.
EA is one such company that is set to make some major announcements at Gamescom 2019. The gaming giant has confirmed that they’ll officially be unveiling the next Need For Speed video game during the show and will also detail what new content Star Wars Battlefront II fans can expect for the rest of the year. Microsoft is also said to have a major presence at Gamescom this year with a huge focus on its latest gaming tech and titles.
