FIX: GTA 4/GTA 5 lag problems in Windows 10/11

1. Try alt-tabbing your game a few times

3. Disable background processes

1. In the Windows Search bar, type msconfig and open System Configuration.
2. Under the Services tab, check the Hide all Microsoft services box.
3. Click Disable all to disable all active third-party services.
