2. Run the System File Checker command

3. Check for Windows updates

4. Repair Windows Registry

5. Run a Startup Repair

  5. Select Advanced options.
  6. Choose the Startup Repair option.

  8. Restart the PC and try again.

You can also start your PC in Safe Mode and check whether the error still appears. If all else fails, consider running a DLL fixer tool. This will scan your system and find out if there are any problems with your DLL files and then repair them accordingly.
