Microsoft has a nice surprise for Skype users: a series of Angry Birds mojis with strong personalities that will help you to better express yourself. The new mojis are available on almost all platforms except for Windows Mobile.

The Angry Birds mojis are essentially animated emojis. The birds bring their goofiness, sarcasm and — obviously — anger into your chats. If words are not enough to describe what you want to say, use an Angry Bird moji — people will definitely understand what you mean.

We’re inspired by the larger than life personalities that express the humor, frustration, and fun that’s part of our daily lives. That’s why we’re excited to add a new set of characters to our personal expression family.

If you want to access to the new mojis, get the latest version of Skype and go to the new Angry Birds section of the emoticon picker. Red, Stella, Bomb and their friends are waiting for you.

Microsoft has another Angry Birds surprise it will premiere on Skype in a few weeks time. The company hasn’t given out more details, but we  guess the team is preparing some short Angry Birds movie sequences to use in Skype chats. The Angry Birds film will hit theaters on July 1.

The action of the movie takes place on an island populated with flightless birds whose lives have been disturbed by strange green pigs that have invaded the island. Over the course of the film, three courageous birds investigate and find out why the pigs came to their island.

Have you already tested the new Angry Birds mojis? Which one is your favorite?
