How can I fix the atiumdag.dll error?
1. Reinstall your AMD/ATI drivers
- Download AMD Cleanup Utility and run it.
- Follow the steps to remove the drivers.
- Once removed, update the AMD Radeon drivers.
2. Rename the dbghelp.dll
- Open the installation directory of the game that’s giving you this error.
- Look for dbghelp.dll file.
- Right-click it , choose Rename, and change its name to dbghelp_old.dll.
After doing that, launch the game again.
3. Replace the DLL file
- Go to the directory mentioned in the error message.
- Download a different version of atiumdag.dll from a reliable source.
- Rename the old atiumdag.dll to atiumdag_old.dll.
- Paste the downloaded file to the location from Step 1.
Keep in mind that downloading DLLs from third-party sources isn’t a safe practice, so use this solution at your own risk.
