These are very long instructions. I downloaded both files (libaacs.dll and KEYDB.cfg)
Following these instructions I got hung up on some issues with running the KEYDB.cfg file.
With both files located in both the Program Files directory and the Program Files (x86) directory
The Blu ray disk still doesn’t play.
