2. Use the Command Prompt

2.1 Re-register Clipsp.sys

  1. Press the Windows key, type CMD, and click Run as administratorCMD elevated
  2. Type the following command to unregister the file and press Enter: regsvr32 /u ClipSp.sys
  3. Copy and paste the following command to re-register the file and press Enter: regsvr32 /i ClipSp.sys

2.2 Run the SFC & DISM command

  1. Open Command Prompt with admin rights.
  2. Type the following command to repair system files and press Enter: sfc/scannowSFCSCANNOW CMD Clipsp.sys
  3. Copy and paste the following command to restore Windows Image and hit Enter: dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealthRestore health
  4. Restart your computer to let the changes take effect. 

3. Run a malware scan

  1. Press the Windows key, type Windows Security, and click OpenWindows Security open Clipsp.sys
  2. Go to Virus & threat protection and click Scan optionsV& T

5. Update device drivers

  1. Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box. Device Manager RUN COMMAND Clipsp.sys
  2. Type devmgmt.msc and click OK to open Device Manager
  3. Go to each category one by one and expand it. Select the driver listed one by one, right-click them, and choose Update driver.Graphics Driver update

6. Use the System Restore
