Steps to disable export data in Power BI

1. Disable export data for individual reports

  1. Click on the Settings button of the report
  2. Choose Export Data to None

2. Disable export data for all reports

  1. In the Admin portal, go to Tenant Settings.
  2. Select Export Data.power bi export data
  3. Disable the feature and click on Apply.power bi disable export data
  4. Alternatively, you can Enable export.
  5. Apply to The entire organization.
  6. Select Except specific security groups checkbox.
  7. Enter security groups for which you want to keep the function disabled.
  8. Click on Apply.

  11. Select Except security groups checkbox.
  12. Write the groups you want to export data to.
