2. Check your internet connection

1. Check if you have a strong cellular signal at the top or rather the status bar of your phone.

3. Clear data and cache

Mobile application

1. Launch the Settings app on your phone and navigate to Apps or Applications.
2. If you do not see the DoorDash app, click on See all apps.
3. Select the DoorDash application.
4. Tap on Storage and cache and then tap on Clear cache.

Chrome browser

1. Click on the three dots at the top right of the Chrome browser.
2. Navigate to settings.
3. Click on Privacy and security on the left-hand side panel.
4. Select Clear browsing data.
5. Make sure that Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are selected.
6. Click on the Clear Data button at the bottom. 
7. Clear cache on other browsers as well if not using Chrome.

4. Restart your phone

1. Long press the power button of your phone.
2. Choose the restart option.

5. Check if DoorDash is down

1. Visit the DoorDash network status page at Downdetector to see if the service is down.
