Sometimes, your payment channel may not accept your card because of missing or incorrect details. Re-adding your card will help resolve any issue that may have occurred during the initial setup.

4. Reset your mobile device’s settings

  1. Remember this option will restore all apps to their default settings, so ensure you back up any important files.

  3. Go to General management>Reset.
  4. Tap on Reset all settings.
