  2. Select Run as administrator.

4. Turn off xFi advanced security

  1. Open the xFi advanced security app and click on More.
  2. On the next screen, click on My Services. Click on My services
  3. Now click on Disable to turn off xFi Advanced Security.turn off xfinity advanced security
