Fallout 4 fans will soon have a new area to explore: the mysterious island of Far Harbor, a location dominated by high-level radiation. Starting on May 19, you can step into this forgotten area and try to bring peace in a world where hope is nothing but a mere word.
Fallout 4: Far Harbour will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC, another big addition in Bethesda’s plans to release more add-ons and free updates like Mods in 2016. For the time being, Mods are only available on PC but will be released for Xbox One later this month. The company has already rolled out a series of interesting updates such as the Survival Mode, making it more difficult for players to survive.
Far Harbour’s plots revolves around Valentine’s Detective Agency assigning you a new case and sending you to Far Harbor. There, you have to search for a young woman and a secret colony of synths. From the coast of Maine, head to the mysterious island of Far Harbor, which is permeated by high-level radiation that have created a feral, hostile world. You are in the middle of a conflict between the synths, the Children of Atom, and the local townspeople. The conflict is only getting more intense and your task it to work toward bringing peace to Far Harbor.
To make things more difficult, the local people are not too willing to help you because: “We’ve paid our dues in blood and bullets. This is our fight, our island, not yours!”
Not everybody rallies to your plans, and you should prepare because things will not go out smoothly. New faction quests, settlements, lethal creatures, and dastardly dungeons are waiting for you. Your only chance to survive is to become more powerful and get your hands on new, higher-level armor and weapons. As always, Fallout 4’s graphics are amazing and will deliver an amazing gaming experience.
