Gamescom 2026 has started with a packed lineup of announcements. Alongside the XBOX 25th Anniversary Collection, publishers showcased new trailers, release dates, remakes, and several completely new games.

Final Fantasy VII Revelation

A new trailer focused heavily on battles against the Weapons. Final Fantasy VII Revelation is coming in 2027.

Gears of War: E-Day

Gears of War: E-Day received a new story trailer highlighting its narrative and brutal combat. It launches October 6.

Metro 2039

Metro 2039 received a new gameplay and story trailer. The fourth mainline Metro game launches in February 2027.

Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Tactics

Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Tactics is a turn-based strategy game starring Rainbow Six Siege operators. It is coming in 2027.

Silent Hill: Townfall

A new Silent Hill: Townfall trailer revealed the game’s voice cast. It launches September 24.

Nodusfall

Nodusfall is Hoyoverse’s new co-op fantasy action game with a darker, Elden Ring-like aesthetic. No release date has been announced.

Heroes of Might and Magic III Remake
