Intel rolls out new GPU Driver with major boosts for gamers

Intel has dropped a new graphics driver update, version 32.0.101.6881, but don’t expect a big overhaul. This WHQL-certified driver update comes from Intel with a single fix aimed at Overwatch 2.

If you’ve been crashing on launch while using High or Ultra settings on an Intel Arc A-Series GPU, this update should fix that. The bug involved DirectX 12 and was causing the game to crash right at startup. That’s it—no performance boosts, no new features, just one much-needed patch for Blizzard’s hero shooter.

Not to forget, the driver also brings a long list of known issues. From crashes in Returnal and Spider-Man 2 with ray tracing on, to graphical glitches in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0, users across Arc A- and B-Series GPUs may still hit snags. Adobe Premiere Pro issues also remain for Core Ultra Series chips.

The new driver supports a wide range of hardware—from Intel Arc GPUs to 11th Gen Core processors and newer. It’s available now for 64-bit Windows 10 and 11 via Intel’s website.
